1. Purpose and Philosophy
Playse Cares International Experiences are designed to give young athletes and families the opportunity to connect through soccer, culture, and community service.
Our goal is to provide a safe, enriching, and educational travel environment that reflects the Playse Way — where competition meets compassion, and purpose drives performance.
These policies apply to all Playse Cares international programs, including but not limited to:
Scandinavia | Gothia Cup, France (Monaco, Dirinon, Euro Poussin, Pouss Cup, FCGM, Guerlédan), and Punta Cana MIC Cup.
2. Registration & Payments

A completed registration form and deposit are required to secure participation.

Spots are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once both registration and initial payment are received.

Payment plans must remain in good standing to maintain a confirmed booking.

Final balances are due 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
Accepted Payments:
Credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer via Wix checkout, Pricing Plan, or authorized partner portal.
Late Payments:
Payments more than 10 days past due may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
3. Program Price and Inclusions
All Playse Cares international tours are land-only packages unless otherwise specified.
Typical inclusions are:

3–4 star accommodations (shared rooms)

Breakfast and dinner daily

Ground transportation for all scheduled activities

Pre-tournament training, friendly matches, and tournament participation

Full-time Playse Cares tour manager and local guides

Cultural and educational excursions as per itinerary

All local taxes and service charges
Exclusions typically include:

Airfare and related airline fees
-
Lunches, personal expenses, and optional excursions

Passport or visa fees
-
Travel insurance (mandatory but purchased separately)
4. Rooming & Supervision

Players are typically housed 2–3 per room; boosters may choose single or double occupancy.

Coaches and tour staff perform nightly room checks and supervise all scheduled activities.

Curfews are established at the discretion of the tour manager and coaching staff.
-
Families attending together may request shared or adjacent rooms when available.
5. Travel Documentation

Each traveler must hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months of validity after the return date.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure any necessary visas are obtained before travel.

Copies of all passports must be submitted to Playse Cares prior to departure.
6. Health & Safety

Travelers must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications on the intake form.

Playse Cares staff are not authorized to administer medication but can assist with coordination of care if needed.

All travelers are required to have valid travel and medical insurance covering international trips.
-
Parents/guardians will be notified of any health or behavior incidents immediately.
-
In case of emergency, local medical facilities and Playse Cares’ on-site staff will coordinate appropriate care.
7. Code of Conduct
Playse Cares programs emphasize sportsmanship, respect, and cultural appreciation.
All participants, players, coaches, and families are expected to:

Demonstrate respect for teammates, opponents, and local communities.

Follow all staff instructions, local laws, and safety rules.
-
Refrain from inappropriate language, behavior, or use of prohibited substances.
-
Uphold the positive spirit of Playse Cares on and off the field.
Failure to comply with behavioral expectations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the program without refund.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant Cancellations:

More than 120 days before departure → full refund minus $200 administrative fee.

90–119 days before departure → 50% refund of total program cost.
-
60–89 days before departure → 25% refund of total program cost.
-
Less than 60 days before departure → no refund.
Playse Cares Cancellations:
If a program is canceled due to low enrollment, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to Playse Cares, excluding external travel costs (e.g., airfare).
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) insurance to protect your investment.
9. Changes to Itinerary
Playse Cares reserves the right to modify itineraries due to flight schedule changes, tournament adjustments, weather, or safety concerns.
Every effort will be made to deliver comparable experiences and maintain the integrity of the trip.
10. Photography and Media
By participating, travelers grant Playse Cares permission to use photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional and educational purposes, unless they opt out in writing prior to departure.
11. Liability and Release
All participants (or their legal guardians) must sign a liability waiver acknowledging:

Understanding of international travel risks

Agreement to follow Playse Cares safety protocols

Release of Playse Cares and its affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damages beyond reasonable control
