Sample Itinerary

Monday

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with an orientation covering the program, facilities, and schedules, followed by a welcome dinner to foster connections with peers and staff. The following days will feature a blend of team bonding and intensive training, all while enjoying the amenities provided by the all-inclusive hotel.

Tuesday

During tournament training days, participants will refine their skills through tailored workshops led by expert trainers, focusing on individual and team needs. Alongside skill development, a global giveback event will occur, promoting community support and strengthening team connections. Engaging activities will foster teamwork and camaraderie, enhancing participants' sense of purpose both on and off the field.

Wednesday

Join us for a day of professional growth and team bonding at Hoyo Azul. The event includes a morning training session focused on team goals, followed by a scenic hike to the beautiful limestone sinkhole with turquoise waters for swimming. This experience fosters collaboration and camaraderie in an inspiring natural setting, perfect for strengthening your team.

Thursday - Sunday

The event schedule begins with the group stage, featuring a round-robin format on Thursday and Friday. Following this, the knockout rounds will take place on Saturday, showcasing single elimination matches. The event will conclude on Sunday with the finals and an award ceremony.

Depart Punta Cana, head back home, or embark on the next chapter of your summer adventures.

• Airfare. This is a Land package only.
• Optional tours or sightseeing not listed in the program.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, phone calls, snacks, souvenirs, and room service.
• Passport or visa fees and any associated costs.
• Travel and medical insurance — required but not included.
• Any gratuities, tips, or fees outside the official tour activities.
• Costs related to early arrival, late departure, or extended stays beyond the official tour dates.
• Any additional services, excursions, or upgrades requested by the traveler outside of the published itinerary.

Fundraising

In conjunction with our fundraising partner, Reaching Our Goal, will provide players with a fundraising program that can raise a large percentage of the tour costs. Terms & Conditions

Registration & Payment Terms: The registration will be considered binding upon confirmation through Playse and receipt of a 300.00 dollar deposit. The deposit becomes non refundable two weeks after receipt. All participants are required to follow the payment plan provided. Tour bookings and flights cannot be guaranteed without adherence to the payment schedule for each participant.

 

Account Balance: The total delegation or group must be paid in full prior to tour departure.

 

Guaranteed Tour Price: The tour price has been calculated with current tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates and is guaranteed in US dollars until the deposit due date stated in the registration conditions. If your deposit is received by this date, this will be your final price based on the inclusions and exclusions of the tour. If the deposit is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to recalculate the tour cost based on updated tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates in effect at that time.

 

Passports and Visas: Please note the difference between a passport and a visa. A passport is issued by the government of a citizen's nationality and must be shown upon request to airlines and immigration officials while out of the country of residence. A government for temporary travel of a foreign national into that country issues a visa. All travelers must have a valid passport with at least six months of validity after the scheduled return date for travel to France, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Dominican Republic. US citizens do not require a visa for entry into these countries. Travelers holding other nationalities should verify entry requirements with the appropriate consulate. For additional information, please refer to the US Department of State website at http://www.travel.state.gov for further information.

Contracted Airfares: Any deviation from the confirmed group flight schedule may result in a different airfare. Travelers flying on alternate dates or routes may be subject to individual contract fares, which can carry different costs or rules. Once tickets are issued, any name change made at least 48 hours prior to departure will incur a 200.00 dollar change fee plus any fare difference. Airline tickets are non refundable once issued, and additional restrictions may apply.

A Note on Pricing and Airline Taxes/Fuel:

 

Group Size: The tour cost is based on a minimum of 15 full paying participants, which must be met to maintain the guaranteed price. Falling below this number may result in a change to the tour cost.

 

Cancellation Policy: Please note that costs are incurred long before players and teams depart on tour. Deposits and payments are made to suppliers including airlines, hotels, motorcoach companies, vendors, and tournaments or soccer clubs throughout the planning process, and all suppliers are paid in full within 60 days of departure.

 

Because of these advance commitments, we maintain strict cancellation guidelines in accordance with our suppliers overseas. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing or by email and received by the dates listed below. The deposit becomes nonrefundable two weeks after receipt. There are no exceptions to these terms regardless of reason, including injuries or medical issues. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

 

● From date of enrollment to 91 days before departure: Full refund less a $250 dollar cancellation fee per person

● From 90 to 60 days before departure: Full refund less a $500 dollar cancellation fee per person

● Within 59 days of departure: All funds paid into the traveler’s account are forfeited due to late cancellation per person
