Elite Performance Program
Train smarter. Fuel better. Perform elite.
The Elite Performance Program (EPP) is Playse’s high-performance development environment. We build players on the field, in the gym, in recovery, and in mindset — confidence, resilience, leadership, accountability.
Small group training • Pro-style feedback • Positive coaching culture

The Performance Pillars
Development built like a pro environment — scaled for youth.
EPP is not “just another training session.” We build full athletes. Every player in the program is supported across technique, physical performance, recovery, mindset, and data.
The Playse Way
Five pillars guided by positive coaching and service.
Our identity blends elite football standards with character. Every player grows as a teammate and a person — on field and in community.
-
Technique & Speed of Play: decision-making under pressure, first touch, positional IQ.
-
Physical Performance: strength, movement, acceleration, durability.
-
Mental Strength: confidence, resilience, leadership, emotional control.
-
Recovery & Readiness: routines, sleep, fueling, consistent availability.
-
With Purpose: every season includes a team giveback through Play It Forward.
Play It Forward — Season Requirement
Every Elite player leads a community giveback each season.
Giveback • Leadership • Impact
Elite performance is about character too. All EPP players complete a charitable giveback initiative each season as part of their development.
