Playse Cares operates as a scholarship initiative administered by Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“the Foundation”).

By making a donation designated for Playse Cares, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Organizational Structure

Playse Cares is not a standalone nonprofit entity.

All donations are:

• Received by Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation
• Held and managed in accordance with nonprofit governance standards
• Administered in compliance with IRS regulations applicable to public charities

The Foundation retains full legal control over all donated funds.

2. Tax Deductibility

Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Official receipts will be issued by the Foundation.

3. Use of Funds

Donations designated for Playse Cares will support:

• Youth sports participation scholarships
• Leadership and coaching development programs
• International sport and cultural exchange experiences
• Program sustainability and operational compliance

The Foundation retains discretion to allocate funds in a manner consistent with its charitable mission and legal obligations.

4. No Donor Direction or Control

In accordance with IRS regulations governing public charities:

• Donors may not designate specific individuals as scholarship recipients
• Donations may not be made with the expectation of private benefit
• All scholarship decisions are made independently by the Foundation

If a donor attempts to impose conditions inconsistent with nonprofit regulations, the Foundation reserves the right to decline or return the donation.

5. Restricted vs. Unrestricted Gifts

Donors may indicate a preference that their contribution support Playse Cares.

However:

• All gifts remain subject to the Foundation’s ultimate discretion
• The Foundation may reallocate funds if necessary to maintain compliance or fulfill charitable purposes

This ensures responsible stewardship and regulatory alignment.

6. Administrative & Compliance Costs

A portion of donations may be used to cover:

• Administrative review and processing
• Compliance oversight
• Financial management and reporting
• Operational sustainability

These costs are necessary to ensure responsible management and adherence to nonprofit governance standards.

7. Refund Policy

Donations are considered final and non-refundable.

Refund requests may be reviewed only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions
• Documented payment errors

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Foundation.

8. Recurring Monthly Donations

Donors may modify or cancel recurring monthly contributions at any time by contacting playsecares@playsecares.com or through the donor portal (if available).

Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles and do not result in refunds for previously processed charges.

9. International Programs

Donations supporting international scholarship activities must comply with applicable U.S. nonprofit regulations.

The Foundation reserves the right to evaluate and approve all international program support to ensure charitable alignment and regulatory compliance.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Donor information will be used solely for:

• Donation processing
• Issuing tax receipts
• Organizational communications

The Foundation does not sell or share donor information.

11. Modification of Terms
