Overview

Sponsorship contributions to Playse Cares support the Playse Cares Scholarship Fund, administered by Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) public charity.

All sponsorship payments are charitable contributions made to the Foundation and are managed in accordance with nonprofit governance standards and IRS regulations.

In recognition of sponsorship support, the Foundation may provide promotional acknowledgment benefits consistent with the selected sponsorship level.

Sponsorship Recognition Benefits

Recognition benefits may include, depending on sponsorship tier:

• Social media acknowledgment posts
• Logo placement on the Playse Cares website
• Recognition in promotional materials
• Invitations to donor appreciation events
• Event branding opportunities

All recognition is provided at the discretion of Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation and is subject to scheduling, operational feasibility, and compliance review.

No Endorsement

Sponsor recognition does not constitute endorsement of any product, service, or commercial entity by Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation or the Playse Cares Scholarship Fund.

Sponsors may not represent their support as an endorsement or partnership beyond the agreed recognition benefits.

Governance & Discretion

Sponsorship contributions do not confer:

• Ownership rights in the fund
• Control over scholarship awards
• Authority over fund administration
• Approval rights regarding scholarship recipients

All funds are received, held, and distributed at the sole discretion of Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation in accordance with its charitable mission and regulatory obligations.

Branding & Content Control

All sponsor recognition materials, including social media posts and event branding, are subject to Foundation approval.

Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation retains final authority over:

• Messaging and tone
• Content timing and format
• Logo placement and presentation
• Event execution and branding layout

Sponsors agree to provide branding assets that comply with Foundation standards and nonprofit guidelines.

Sponsorship Payments

Sponsorship contributions may be structured as:

• Upfront annual sponsorships
• Event-based sponsorships

All sponsorship payments are considered charitable contributions supporting the Playse Cares Scholarship Fund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once promotional or recognition benefits have commenced.

If a sponsor requests cancellation prior to activation of recognition benefits, the Foundation may, at its sole discretion, consider adjustments based on timing and administrative costs incurred.

Event cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances do not automatically entitle sponsors to refunds. In such cases, the Foundation may offer alternative recognition benefits consistent with the sponsorship level.

All determinations regarding refunds, cancellations, or benefit adjustments are made at the sole discretion of Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation.

Administrative & Compliance Allocation

A portion of sponsorship contributions may be allocated toward administrative, operational, and compliance costs necessary to responsibly manage the scholarship fund and associated recognition activities.

Modification of Sponsorship Benefits

Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation reserves the right to modify sponsorship benefits if required due to scheduling, compliance requirements, operational considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any such modification will remain consistent with the general level of recognition associated with the selected sponsorship tier.
